What it is

Sushiro Digi-Ro (Digital Sushiro Vision), operated by Akindo Sushiro Co., Ltd. (FOOD & LIFE COMPANIES Ltd.), is the revolutionary next-generation sushi experience transforming Japanese casual dining. Designed to preserve the fun and nostalgia of watching colorful sushi plates roll by while maintaining absolute hygienic safety, each booth is outfitted with an ultra-wide panoramic touchscreen display spanning the entire width of the table. A virtual conveyor belt scrolls across the high-definition screen displaying realistic 3D sushi plates that diners tap to order. Multiple guests can touch and browse different parts of the screen simultaneously, trigger interactive animated mini-games (Dakkozushi Games) based on order totals, and watch physical sushi speed directly to their seat on an automated express track (Auto-Waiter).

How to order

Dining at a Sushiro Digi-Ro flagship branch is a seamless blend of gaming and dining:

  1. Check in at the automated lobby kiosk: Enter the restaurant and use the touchscreen reception kiosk to check in. When your number is called, scan your ticket to receive your assigned table slip.
  2. Marvel at your panoramic table screen: Take your booth and behold the massive, wall-to-wall panoramic digital touchscreen spanning the front of your table (or personal "Digi-Ro Mini" displays at solo counters).
  3. Switch to your preferred language: Tap the language button on the screen to switch to English, Chinese, or Korean.
  4. Order by tapping the digital belt or browsing menus:
    • Lane Mode: Watch digital sushi glide across the screen and simply tap any plate you want to order.
    • Menu Mode: Search by category (Nigiri, Gunkan, Noodles, Desserts, Drink).
    • Multi-Touch & Smartphone: Two people can tap and order different items simultaneously on opposite ends of the screen, or scan the screen QR code to order from your own smartphone.
  5. Collect orders from the Auto-Waiter: When your food is ready, an audio animation alerts you, and the physical plate shoots straight to your table along the upper express lane.
  6. Play the "Dakkozushi" prize game: As you order, a digital progress meter fills on the screen. Reaching milestones triggers animated mini-games (races, slot machines, or prize fishing) where you can win limited-edition Sushiro merchandise!
  7. Pay at the automated self-checkout: Tap "Check Out" on the digital screen. Take your printed seating slip to the automated payment kiosks by the exit to pay by card, transit IC, e-money, or QR app.
